I was born in and raised in Alabama but consider home to be wherever there is a kitchen I can bake in.   Currently Nashville is my home,  and I think I may have already broken my oven from overuse.  I think baked goods are best shared with people you love, something that comes straight from family tradition of good meals, good company, and lots of screaming/tears/laughter/fun in dysfunction.

So here’s the deal.  My sister sent me a link with 99 peanuts butter (pb) dessert recipes.  If you know me, you know peanut butter is one of my main food groups.  I eat it at least twice a day.  You are probably considered a good friend if you know my pb preferences for eating versus for baking.  I perused the list of recipes and quickly realized, if I were to make a resolution for 2015, it would be to bake all 99 of these recipes.  Here we are in February.  I have to average about 9 recipes a month.  Totally doable.
